Game Speed Hoops Training Programs

Private Training:  1 Participant. This workout addresses the individual needs of the player. Great workout for specific drills and teaching.  
Semi-Private Training:  2-4 Participants. Workouts are geared towards a private setting but not a complete one on one. Based on a small group looking to work with each other. 
Group Training:  4 or More Participants (Max 12 players). Group Workouts are the most popular. Players will have a chance to work learn and compete in a group group setting. 
Team Training: Made for Specific Teams and Players on that team only. Workout time periods are vary. Minimum time requirement is between 1.5hours and up. **Directing Team Tryouts can also be included as Team Training
